At Orelia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
